I made sure that the recipes were not only very tasty, but healthy too (low in fat, sodium, blah blah blah... you know what I mean) as long as you remember to use reduced-fat or reduced sodium version of the ingredients. I also made them easy to follow, so if you don't know exactly how to cook, you'll end up knowing how after reading my recipes. Have fun and enjoy!!
